Food Preparation and Cooking – Patisserie

The FBI Chef School & Patisserie Academy specializes in sugar and chocolate craft, and teaches this full-time culinary program resulting in a well-balanced patisserie chef.  It is here where aspiring chefs will have the opportunity to train in this time honoured at an internationally certified institution under the tutelage of highly qualified international chefs.

The Patisserie programme is a full-time twelve month hands-on training curriculum guiding students through all the intricate details, both practical and theoretical, of baking and pastry.
