Pastry Chef Vincent will be Demonstrating the process of baking a Dark Chocolate Sponge, Dark Chocolate mousse (pastry cream based),
Chocolate glaze, Peanut brittle, Dark Chocolate soil (with dry ice) and making of a Chocolate Rose.
You will be making this cake from scratch with the guidance under Chef Vincent. A light lunch will be served.
Take your cake home, and share your bake of the day with the family and friends.
