All about Poultry Workshop

Thank you for the enquiry. In the one-day workshop:  obtaining the skill of deboning

a chicken, utilizing all cuts to different cooking methods and compile 5 different main course dishes.

This program runs from 8am-5pm, including a light lunch.  (please let me know if you have any allergies).

You will receive a Certificate of Attendance at the end of the Program.
