Full time 6 month hands-on training program approved by City & Guilds International that can be done in collaboration with Diploma in Food Preparation and Culinary Arts – Pastisserie (8065-03) resulting in a 1 year  FBI Diploma in food Prep & culinary arts –  (8065-02 and 8065-03)

Diploma in Food Preparation and Culinary Arts – Pastisserie 8065-03(6 months)

Full time 6 month hands-on training program approved by City & Guilds International (8065-03) that can be done in collaboration with Diploma in Food Preparation and Culinary Arts (8065-02) resulting in a 1 year FBI Diploma in food Prep & culinary arts –  (8065-02 and 8065-03)

 

FBI Advanced diploma in Food Preparation and Cookery Supervision – (Patisserie )8065-04 (bi-annual intake)

Full time 18 month Advanced Diploma in Food Preparation and Cookery Supervision (8065-04) together with the practical component of the advanced diploma in patisserie studies approved by City & Guilds international.

Students are required to complete 6 months of industry experiential training whilst completing this course. Placements are done by the FBI and involve practical patisserie and bakery placements which will bring together the high level of training received at the FBI and the practical requirements of the highly competitive hospitality industry.

 

Please note that the majority of our programs are all inclusive regarding uniforms, memberships, international examination costs, etc. Please enquire about the specific programs, exact costs and requirements to apply to our institute. The offering of programs is subject to a minimum number of students per program.
