FBI Chef School and Patisserie Academy now offers the Certificate in Food Preparation and Culinary Arts under the guidance of Executive Chef Charl Crause.
10 Saturday classes over 11 months, from 08:00 – 17:00 as per schedule dates, Theory & Practical.

Syllabus Consists of the following classes

1. Food Safety & Introduction to Basic Kitchen Procedures
2. Knife Skills, Stocks, Soups and Bread
3. Theory
4. 14 Cooking Methods – 3 Course Meal
5. All About Poultry
6. 3 Course Meal on 2 Menu’s with Molecular Gastronomy
7. Cold Presentation & Canapes
8. Pasta Making and Pasta Dishes
9. Theory – POE Filling
10. Christmas Menu From Different Countries

This includes:
• City & Guilds Certificate Credential (8065-01)
• City & Guilds Certificate in Food Safety
• FBI Certificate Of Attendance
• Basic Chef’s Knife Set
• 1 x Chef’s jacket
• 1 x Apron
• Course notes and training material
• Cooking Ingredients
• Theory & Practical Examination (November / June)
